Canine Oral Tumors

This lecture has been RACE approved for 1 CE for veterinary technicians.

This lecture will cover a basic approach to the evaluation of oral masses in dogs. We will review the incidence and most common diagnoses seen in each species. We will review staging tests that can be performed to evaluate the patient and extent of disease. A focus will also be placed on advanced imaging for use in surgical and radiation planning. We will then review treatment options and prognosis for each of the most common tumor types.
