Course Details

Coaching and mentoring our two important skills for all managers and leaders to develop. In this module we’ll cover the differences between the two, why coaching and mentorship are important to the success of an individual team member and to the organization, and how to become a successful coach or mentor. It is recommended to view this module in conjunction with the Giving Effective Feedback module. the basics of leading change within your hospital and provide techniques to identify and address resistance to change.
