Crash Cart, CPR and Emergent Procedures

Course Details

This lecture has been RACE Approved for 1.5 CE hours for veterinarians and veterinary technicians.

Participants will gain knowledge about CPR and how to make decisions during an arrest, learn techniques about proper chest compressions, and how to use a Crash Cart to improve their efficiency and comfort level during arrest situations. There is associated online module with this lecture that is an interactive avatar of the physical Crash Cart that can be explored extensively by each participant at their leisure. Within the module, each drawer can be opened and explored on the screen. Every item within every drawer is associated with a small bit of informational text describing its description and purpose with regard to CPR.
