Giving Effective Feedback

Course Details

Giving and receiving feedback is an important part of continuous development. This module will describe what feedback is, how our brains process it, and how to deliver it effectively. After completing this module, the learner will be familiar with what, where and when to provide feedback and how to incorporate it into regular coaching opportunities. With practice, feedback conversations can become an opportunity to engage and connect with team members and a path to building high-performing teams.
