Financial conversations in veterinary medicine can cause a range of emotions, both for our clients and us as veterinary team members. In this module, we will shed some light on the emotional aspects of challenging conversations, specifically related to finances, so that we can begin to understand our personal predispositions in terms of discussing finances, begin to understand the perspective of our clients and learn how to use communication skills to our advantage to prevent and break through the anger when it arises.
