As anyone who has read through client surveys can attest, second to fees, wait time is the number two complaint from veterinary clients. We all do our best to stay on track with appointments, but late clients, emergencies and add on visits can throw a wrench in our day. In this module, you will learn 7 factors that cause wait times to feel longer, look at strategies other industries employ and identify some practical techniques to address the experience of wait times in veterinary medicine. The goal of this module is to cause you to consider your clients’ experience of wait times within your practice and provide you with suggestions to make improvements.
