Toxicology Review

Course Details

This lecture has been RACE approved for 1 CE hour for veterinarians and veterinary technicians.

Participants will review the basic principles of treatment of the intoxicated patient and apply these principles to case examples presented. A review of recent literature is also provided.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

• The attendee will learn the basic principles of treating a poisoned patient, what treatments are available, and identify when these treatments are appropriate.
