Women Leaders: Manage Bias

Course Details

In this course, Julie Kratz leads a session to teach women leaders to increase awareness of their own biases, understand the sources of gender bias, as well as how bias can influence interactions with others. Finally, this course will help you develop strategies to combat bias and use differences synergistically to improve workplace effectiveness. Though this content is intended primarily for women leaders, all allies of women are welcome and encouraged to complete this module.
